For bookings made less than 14 days before commencment the full Amount is payable before confirmactión of the booking is accepted. 3) CANCELLATiON OR CHANGES TO CHARTERS BY S. B.S CHARTERS If through circumstances beyond the control of S.B.S boat charters a charter Is cancelled then all deposits and fees will be refunded and the compañíes Liability thereafter will cease. S.B.S charters shall not be held responsable For any additional cost incurred by clients attending a charter that is Subsequently cancelled , including but not limited to flights ,car hire , Transfers and accommodation. 4) CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT In the event of cancellation by the client deposits and fees are not refundable If the cancellation is within 14 days of the charter date.in the event that S.B.S boat charters are able to subsequentley resell the charter, then fees will Be returned back to the client.   5) SKIPPER DECISION In accordance with accepted marina practice the decisión of the skipper from The moment he steps on board the charter vessel are final.every attempt will be Be made to give clients the maximum sea time available . If however The skipper deems that weather conditions safety issues or any other consideratión Would make it imprudente to continue once the vessle Has Left. The marina. The skippers decisión is final. S.B.S boat charters shall Not be liable for any claims for return of fees due to such events. In the event the clients attend on the day to commence the charter and the Weather conditions dictate that the vessel does not leave the marina the Charter fees will be refunded save for the compañys basic costs on the day Ie. Skipper & crew wages and any perishable provisions already on the Vessel.   6) in the event that there are any vessel changes made due to a vessel becoming Unsuitable for charter for any reason what soever S.B.S boat charters will Provide a similar vessel. This in no way affects the validity of the boat And the terms & conditions stated here in remain good . 7) INSURANCE S.B.S charters are insured for charter , including third party indemnity Of 2 million pounds details of which can be provided on request. S.B.S Boat charters accepts no liabilty for loss ,personal injury,illness OR food Poisoning. S.B.S boat charter recommends that the clients obtian their own Insurance to cover these eventualities S.B.S boat charters accept no responsibility for disruptión caused to the client By force majeure such as FIRE flood , acts of god , strikes political unrest, Acts of government OR autoriíta OR any other ocurrence vellón our control     8) DISPUTED RESOLTIONS In the event that any dispute arising betweem B.S.B boat charters and the Client , cannot be mutually resolved such a dispute will be referrd to a single Arbitator elected by the president of the law society of spaín and subject To the conditions set out in the arbitration act 1996. 9) DAMAGES & BREAKAGES damages and bréakages caused by the client as a result of wilful OR Neglectful act are the responsibility of the client and any cost incured as A result of such shall be reimbursed on demand by S.B.S boat charters Or its representatives. For safety reasons the skipper must be notified Immiediatley of any damage found OR caused by the client. 10) PROHIBITED ITEMS & SUBSTANCES It is forbidden to Bring. On board any vessel any illegal item such as Prohibited drugs,firearms, weapons, pornography, noxious substancies OR liquids OR any other item of any kind that is unlawful OR Unsuitable for use on the boats clients returning to the vessel having Purchased items ashore must consent to  such items and their packaging Being checked by the skipper. S.B.S boat charters reserve the right to refuse To allow any item onboard its vessel should the skipper deem that such Items are unsuitable for any reason what soever. Any client refusing to allow Packages to be checked will not be allowed onboard the vessel and will be Responsible for thier own return travel arrangements. S.B.S boat charters Shall not be held responsible for any cost incurred by the client as a Result of a such an event accurring. 11) PUBLISHED INFORMATION every care has been taken to ensure that all informatión Published by S.B.S boat charters including brochures , advertisments, and mailings That describe the companys boats and activites are accurate and are Given in good faith not withstanding that such are subject to change Due to events beyond its control of S.B.S boat charters.
